Straight answers before you send a brief.
How do you charge?
Typical fee is a project fee or a commission on the order, quoted after we see the brief. We do not add a silent markup on factory prices. You see the factory quote and our fee as two separate lines.
What is a typical MOQ?
It depends on the plant. Equipment is often 1 unit. Private-label goods commonly start around a few hundred pieces; some factories ask for 1,000+. We tell you the real MOQ with the shortlist, not a round marketing number.
How long does the process take?
Shortlist: 24–48 hours after a complete brief. Samples: usually 1–3 weeks. Production: often 3–8 weeks for goods, 30–90 days for machines, plus sea freight to your port.
Who owns the relationship with the factory?
You do. We introduce, negotiate and inspect. We do not own the factory and we do not lock the account to ourselves.
What happens if quality fails?
We hold shipment, document the defect, and push rework or a replacement lot against the agreed spec. We are not the manufacturer, so we do not issue a factory warranty of our own — we make the factory honour theirs and we keep the evidence.
Do you work with equipment / heavy machinery?
Yes. CNC, laser/plasma, mini excavators, skid steers, loaders and related industrial equipment, as well as consumer goods and private label.
